We ship ōtéhà candles worldwide from Portugal.

Free shipping on all orders above €75. For orders below €75, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing time: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: 1–5 business days within the EU, 5–10 business days outside the EU.

Tracking: once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to follow every step of your delivery.

Customs and duties: orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
