MAKE A RETURN

Returning something is simple. Send us your request below and we will guide you through the rest.

    Request

    Fill in the form below within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. 02

    Approval

    We review your request and email you the return instructions and address.

  3. 03

    Send it back

    Pack the items unused and in their original packaging, inside a separate outer box. We recommend a tracked service.

  4. 04

    Refund

    Once your return is received and inspected, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Did your item arrive damaged or faulty? Please also email photos of the product and packaging to welcome@oteha.com, mentioning your order number.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, is faulty, or the wrong item was delivered.
